PRIVACY NOTICE

1. WHAT THIS NOTICE COVERS

This notice describes information processed when you use crow.meme, Crowdon wallet authentication, Crowdon IDs, private account email, notification preferences, missions, badges, leaderboards, Telegram linking, Ideas, Issues, Armory commerce, and related community features.

2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

Depending on the features you use, Crowdon may process your public wallet address, authentication identifier, Crowdon ID, username, Murder allegiance, Reputation events, mission progress, badge records, public profile information including an optional profile picture you upload, a private contact email and its verification status, notification preferences and consent records, Telegram linking identifiers, Ideas, Issue reports, Armory order information, timestamps, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service. Your contact email is treated as private account information and is not intended to appear on public Citizen profiles, leaderboards, or search results.

Crowdon does not need your seed phrase or private key and you should never provide either one through the site, Telegram, a form, or a community message.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

We use information to authenticate Citizens, maintain persistent Crowdon identities, verify private contact channels, deliver requested account and transaction notices, send optional Crowdon community updates when a Citizen has opted in, calculate Reputation, operate missions and badges, display public community features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, review community feedback, secure the platform, and improve Crowdon.

4. PUBLIC INFORMATION

Some Crowdon information is intentionally public, including public usernames, Crowdon IDs, optional profile pictures, Murder allegiance, Reputation, ranks, selected display badges, Armory inventory that you choose to make public, Community Ideas board content and review status, public-safe Issue ticket status, and other community status shown on public profiles, boards, or leaderboards. Public blockchain activity associated with a wallet may also be independently visible on the underlying blockchain even when Crowdon does not display it.

5. COMMUNITY BOARDS, PRIVATE REPORT DETAILS AND LINKED DATA

Idea content and Crowdon review status may appear on the public Community Ideas board. The public board does not expose the submitter's linked account identity. Issue tickets may appear in the public Issue Tracker with a title, area, impact level, status, timestamps, and Crowdon updates; reporter identity, location, and detailed reproduction notes remain private to the reporter and authorized project operators. Telegram linking data is used to verify and operate connected Crowdon features and is not exposed through these public boards.

6. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Crowdon relies on third-party infrastructure and services to operate. These may include Cloudflare for web delivery, Supabase for authentication and data services, Namecheap Private Email for project mailboxes, an email-delivery provider such as Resend for automated transactional or opted-in messages, Railway for bot hosting, Telegram for community and bot functions, commerce and fulfillment providers, blockchain networks, and wallet providers such as Phantom. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

7. RETENTION AND SECURITY

Persistent identity, Reputation, mission, badge, moderation, email-consent, and verification audit records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate Crowdon, document user choices, and preserve the integrity of its systems. Verification tokens are designed to expire and are stored in hashed form. We use access controls and backend-only credentials for sensitive operations, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. YOUR CHOICES

Existing Citizens can choose whether to add a private contact email and whether to opt into optional Crowdon community email. You can change notification categories or turn off optional community email from your profile without removing a verified account email. Transactional messages needed for verification, security, requested commerce, or account operation may be handled separately from marketing preferences. Future registration flows or specific features may require a verified email after appropriate notice. You can also choose not to upload a profile picture, not to connect Telegram, and not to submit Ideas or Issues. Uploaded profile pictures are intended to be public and can be replaced or removed from your Crowdon profile. Idea content submitted through the Ideas feature may be displayed in the public Community Ideas board, while public Issue cards are limited to community-safe ticket information and do not expose the reporter's private details. Armory ownership records may be displayed publicly when marked public; private order references, contact email, shipping details, and backend purchase metadata are not intended to appear in public inventory views. Because blockchain records are public and decentralized, information written directly to a blockchain generally cannot be deleted by Crowdon. Privacy or email-preference questions can be sent to support@crow.meme or submitted through the Issues section.

9. UPDATES

This notice may change as Crowdon adds products, collectibles, token functionality, analytics, commerce, or other systems. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
