TERMS OF USE
Effective September 10, 20261. THE CROWDON PLATFORM
These Terms govern access to crow.meme and the Crowdon platform operated under the Legend of Crows™ project. Crowdon is an evolving community, entertainment, digital identity, reputation, collectible, and crypto-native ecosystem. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed as the project develops.
2. WALLET ACCESS AND SELF-CUSTODY
Crowdon may use a compatible blockchain wallet to authenticate your identity. You are responsible for your wallet, device, credentials, recovery methods, transactions, and account security. Crowdon will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. A signed login message is not a blockchain transaction and does not itself move funds.
3. CROWDON IDS, REPUTATION AND DIGITAL STATUS
Crowdon IDs, Murder allegiance, Reputation, badges, ranks, mission records, Armory inventory displays, and similar platform status are community and product features. They do not represent ownership interests, guaranteed monetary value, or a promise of future compensation. We may correct fraudulent, duplicated, abusive, or technically erroneous records.
4. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Do not use Crowdon to harass others, impersonate people or projects, exploit bugs, automate abusive submissions, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, deceive users, or violate applicable law. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the platform or community.
5. USER SUBMISSIONS
Profile pictures, Ideas, bug reports, feedback, memes, and other material you voluntarily submit may be reviewed and used to improve Crowdon. You retain rights you already hold in your original submissions, while granting Legend of Crows™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, adapt, display, and use those submissions for operating, improving, and promoting the project. Idea content and review status may be displayed on Crowdon's public Community Ideas board. Public Issue ticket cards may display community-safe fields such as title, area, impact, status, timestamps, and Crowdon updates, while reporter identity, location, and detailed reproduction notes remain private. Profile pictures are intentionally displayed publicly across Crowdon identity surfaces and may be cached by browsers or delivery networks after replacement or removal. Do not submit confidential material you do not want reviewed or displayed for those purposes.
6. PROJECT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
CROW, Crowdon, Legend of Crows™, project characters, lore, artwork, insignia, interface designs, Chronicles, names, and related original materials are project intellectual property except where third-party rights are expressly identified. Access to the site does not grant a license to commercially exploit project IP unless a separate written license says otherwise.
7. DIGITAL ASSETS
Any token, NFT, collectible, Armory asset, marketplace feature, or blockchain feature associated with CROW or Crowdon is subject to substantial technical, market, legal, regulatory, and liquidity risk. Inventory displays may reflect Crowdon platform records, verified purchases, or future wallet-based ownership checks and are not a guarantee of market value, authenticity outside Crowdon, or future transferability. No platform statement is a promise that a token or collectible will launch, retain value, appreciate, remain liquid, or remain available in every jurisdiction. 8. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Crowdon is provided on an evolving, as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a feature, or error-free operation. During the Founding Phase, systems may change rapidly as community feedback and technical requirements are incorporated.
9. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legend of Crows™ is not responsible for losses caused by third-party wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, marketplaces, exchanges, user error, compromised devices, lost credentials, market movements, or services outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. CONTACT AND REPORTING
Platform problems can be submitted through Crowdon's Issues section. Material changes to these Terms may be posted on crow.meme with an updated effective date.
